July Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 4: Keep on Pushing
This whole month the Fit Bottomed Challenge* is about pushing it. But in our pursuit of pushing your limits, let’s not forget this …
Amen! So, if you’ve missed a few days here or there or haven’t been making the healthiest decisions of late, don’t worry. Today is a new day, and this is a new week for you to get going!
What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: July 20-26
Monday, July 20: Protein is pretty darn amazing. It helps to build muscle and keeps you feeling full and energized. Be sure you get enough today with this helpful refresher — and if you’re looking for new protein snack ideas, read this!
Tuesday, July 21: Do your friends and family push you? And we don’t mean just pushing your buttons — we mean pushing you to be your best! Check out these ways to build a healthy support system.
Wednesday, July 22: Remember how last week you did a more difficult push-up variation? Well, today we want you do as many of those “harder” push-ups as you can in 5 minutes and record your number.
Thursday, July 23: With all that pushing, you probably need some feel-good stretching, right? Right. Try these yoga poses and feel amazing. (And, yes, you are an athlete!)
Friday, July 24: Today’s challenge takes just seven minutes. But prepare to get sweaty. Get the workout here.
Saturday, July 25: It’s a Booty-full Saturday and to celebrate we want you to do 35 minutes of your fave type of cardio, followed by 25 push-ups. You got this!
Sunday, July 26: Take a musical trip back in time by voting in our Ultimate 90s Workout Song competition! Share your fave 90s workout tracks with us (@FitBottomedGirl and #FBGChallenge) for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized just for you!
Keep on, keeping on, ladies (and gents)! —Jenn
