Thank you for posting these amazing links!!! The three that stood out to me the most was the very first one, on yoga, the 23 experts article as well as the scale written by a beauty editor. I’ve been looking down on yoga for years…mainly because I feel a few different ways about it. 1) I think it would be boring, 2) I believed that it was only for people who ate vegan diets and did a ton of meditating and 3) It was INTIMIDATING due to all that stretching/flexibility. Now over the past 2 years I’ve thought longer about picking up yoga, but number 3 was the main thing holding me back. I’ve challenged myself to do at least 30 minutes of yoga per week, through a challenge at work, and that article really gave me the boost to feel more confident about my decision! 😀 Now I feel like I can start doing some yoga next week with a more open mind and an understanding that it’s a practice that I’ll keep working at.
