August Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 2: Sweat It Out, Hottie

These are the dog days of summer, they say. But never forget this (although, yes, you need to hydrate properly!) …

week-2-aug-585

And for this week of the August Hot to Trot Fit Bottomed Challenge* you are about to get all kinds of sweaty. And to feel hot — inside and out!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: August 10-16

Monday, August 10: Last week you had a veggie in your breakfast. This week we challenge you to eat two veggies in your lunch. Need ideas? Try one of these salad recipes!

Tuesday, August 11: Spark your inner fire by finding an awesome motivational meme and then sharing it with your friends.

Wednesday, August 12: Do this HIIT Blitz workout. It’ll get you sweaty — and no equipment is required other than your body weight!

Thursday, August 13: Don’t get trapped in the diet drama. Start living the Anti-Diet life instead by watching one (or all!) of these free videos.

Friday, August 14: We wanna see that sweat! Snap a sweaty selfie and share it with us on Instagram (@FitBottomedGirl)!

Saturday, August 15: Last week you went for 20 minutes, and this week we want you to run/walk for 25 minutes. You’re hot to trot, girl!

Sunday, August 16: You know how you found that power song last Sunday? Well, today we challenge you to rock out to it! Be it during a workout, an impromptu dance party or simply in your car, play it and power yourself up to feel good!

We’re dying to know what your power songs are. So tell us in a comment! Lately, mine has been this new track by Beck. Helps me to focus on my dreams! Jenn
