Announcing the September Fit Bottomed Challenge: You Can Do It!

Later this month, we’ll be doing our second-annual motivational, pump-you-up, make-you-feel-like-you-can-conquer-the-world You Can Do It Week. And because we expect this year’s content to be extra awesome, we thought, hey, why not dedicate the whole Fit Bottomed Challenge* this month to it?!

Now, let’s get down to the nitty gritty fun details of the daily challenges for this week!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: September 1-6

Tuesday, September 1: This month is YOUR month to make healthy happen. So, today, tell @FitBottomedGirl why you’re doing the Fit Bottomed Challenge!

Wednesday, September 2: Work it on out with this 15-minute workout that’s great for beginners, yet still totally challenging.

Thursday, September 3: You know what’s fun? Dreaming. Today, make a fitness bucket list. (Short on ideas? Check these out.)

Friday, September 4: Hit the great outdoors and get active today. Not sure what workout to try that’s gym-free? These suggestions are pretty rad, if we do say so ourselves!

Saturday, September 5: It’s a Bootyfull Saturday and burpees are a wonderful way to work that booty — and your entire body. Today we challenge you to do 15 minutes of your favorite fitness activity and then follow it up with just five burpees (here’s a video on how to do them properly). You might see this Saturday workout come back … and back … and back … because, yes, you too can learn to love burpees, but you gotta do them to begin loving them!

Sunday, September 6: Why do you loving working out? Write down 15 reasons why, today. (And if you get stuck, feel free to borrow any of these for inspiration.) Share your list on Instagram with @FitBottomedGirl with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized for you! (U.S. only, pretty please.)
