Did ya hear? It’s officially You Can Do It Week! And, well, we think that the secret to doing something is first believing that you can do it. Which all comes down to having the right can-do attitude. As Churchill says, attitude makes all the difference.

To help you with that, this week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge we’ve got daily to-dos that’ll get you dreaming, make you more aware and bust you out of your fitness comfort zone. Bring the right attitude and prepare to shine!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: September 14-20

Monday, September 14: Last week you got acquainted with the hunger/fullness scale, and today we want you to be mindful of how hungry and full you are at two meals today (and two meals all this week if you’re up for it).

Tuesday, September 15: You read about the Real FBGs movement last week, and today we want you to submit your own story. Here’s how.

Wednesday, September 16: Grab a towel and work your core with this inventive 10-minute workout.

Thursday, September 17: Today is the day. Do something from your fitness bucket list! Share what you’re doing on Instagram or Twitter with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack just for you!

Friday, September 18: Oh, Sugar. Put on this song and do the One-Song Workout. You can definitely do that, right? Right! So fun.

Saturday, September 19: Wanna do some more burpees? Of course you do! Today, celebrate Booty-full Saturday with your fave fit activity for 15 minutes followed by 15 burpees.

Sunday, September 20: Let loose and get that heart rate up with a rad 80s dance party. Power your party with this totally bitchin’ 80s playlist.
