September Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 4: When in Doubt, Do the Fit Thing

After a really inspiring You Can Do It Week (if we do say so ourselves!), we couldn’t be more pumped to keep the momentum going for week four of the September Fit Bottomed Challenge*. But it also got us thinking, what do you do when you’re not feeling motivated? What do you do when your inspiration is lacking and no amount of article reading or video watching gets you going? Well, you do the fit thing.

Yes, do the fit thing! Because, really, have you ever made the healthier choice or done the workout and thought, man, I really should have eaten the junk food or vegged on the couch instead? Nope, never.

So this week we want you to keep building on what you’ve done in weeks 1 to 3 — just keep doing the fit thing!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: September 21-27

Monday, September 21: It’s another week using the Hunger and Fullness scale! Today — and all week long if you’re game for it — use the scale at three meals. Then share with us on Twitter or Instagram (@FitBottomedGirl and #FBGChallenge) how it’s making you mindful at mealtime for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized just for you!

Tuesday, September 22: Join our pal Bex for this amazing meditation that’ll help you to feel more body confident.

Wednesday, September 23: Take 10 minutes for you and do this core workout that only requires a broomstick.

Thursday, September 24: It’s time to keep making that fitness bucket list awesome. Today, add some more interesting and “out there” items to yours. Think exotic trips, fun and funky races, and more unique ideas here.

Friday, September 25: The one time being put in a box is a good thing! Do this Full-Body Box Workout. No equipment? No problem! Do push-ups, squats, sit-ups and tricep dips as your four moves instead.

Saturday, September 26: The burpees just keep coming! Do 15 minutes of your fave fit activity, followed by 20 burpees with perfect form. You got this, girl! (And you’re loving burpees even more now, right?!)

Sunday, September 27: It’s time to reward yourself! If you’ve been consistently doing the challenge this month, be sure to treat yourself with one of these ideas. You deserve it!
