October Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 3: Sweat Is Beautiful

Are you feeling gorgeous, dahling? Well, you should be. Because as we enter into the third week of the October Fit Bottomed Challenge*, we hope that you’re feeling absolutely and totally be-YOU-tiful.

This week, we’ll be upping the feel-awesome ante with new daily to-dos that are a bit more challenging than last week’s. Why? Because, hey, progress is awesome and you can totally do it. And, because we think you’re prettiest when you’re pushing yourself in a workout and doing your sweaty thing!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: October 12-18

Monday, October 12: Monday is usually a food-related challenge, but today we’re combining food and beauty by having you give yourself a foodie facial! Fun, huh?

Tuesday, October 13: When’s the last time you wrote an old-fashioned thank you note that you actually sent in the snail mail? Write one today to another Be-YOU-tiful woman and make her day! (And yours, too — it feels good to give a compliment!)

Wednesday, October 14: Do three rounds of this Booty-Full workout!

Thursday, October 15: There’s nothing more beautiful than people who know who they are, are confident in who they are and are totally 100 percent themselves, with no apologies. Today, brainstorm ways that you can be more, well, YOU. Maybe that’s making time for those hobbies you love or cooking a special dish or speaking up and saying what’s on your mind or simply saying “no.” Figure out what those things are, and then start making a point to do them more!

Friday, October 16: Remember how you set a timer for five minutes and then did as many burpees as you could then? Well, it’s time to do that again, except this time you’re setting your timer to 10 minutes. What fun, RIGHT?! Remember, attitude is everything so embrace this challenge.

Saturday, October 17: It’s dance party time again! This time rock out for 20 whole minutes. Dance like no one is watching, you hot thang you!

Sunday, October 18: Healthy eating is more fun with friends! So today or tonight host a healthy dinner or grillout with some friends. (If you’re grilling, check out these recipes; if you’re indoors, try this one.) Be sure to snap a pic and share with @FitBottomedGirl with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack that’s customized just for you! Who will you write a thank-you note to tomorrow? I keep a drawer full of thank-you notes so that I can always whip one up whenever inspiration strikes! I feel SO lucky to have so many amazing and supportive people in my fit life (ahem, fellow FBGs!). Jenn
