What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: November 9-15

Monday, November 9: We’re grateful for chocolate. And this exercise that lets you enjoy chocolate for a full five minutes. Try it here!

Tuesday, November 10: It’s easy to get caught up in the diet hype and the stress of everyday life. But today, read this and be reminded to focus on what’s really important.

Wednesday, November 11: We’re getting into the holiday season, so be sure to beat stress with this short but fun workout.

Thursday, November 12: What are you grateful for? Big and small, share 15 things with us on Instagram or Twitter with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win free fit goodies and feel awesome! (U.S. only please.)

Friday, November 13: It’s Friday night! Pop on your fave reality TV show and do this interactive workout. Watching TV has never been so fun … and fit.

Saturday, November 14: Work that booty (and be grateful for what it can do!) by doing your fave cardio for 25 minutes, followed by 15 lunges on each side.

Sunday, November 15: Remember how you brainstormed those group workouts you wanted to try? It’s time to do one today! And then snap a sweaty selfie and share it with us!
