And we’ve got the workouts and daily challenges to get you moving and grooving. Check them out — and try them!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: December 7-13

Monday, December 7: You may think winter isn’t as tasty of a time for seasonal eats as, say, June, and you may be a little right about that. (Case in point.) BUT, December has a lot of tasty produce in season: apples, cranberries, butternut squash, cauliflower. Stock up on them today and make one of these delicious recipes!

Tuesday, December 8: Holiday treats and to-dos have you stressed out and worried about gaining pounds? Read this — and take a big ol’ deep breath.

Wednesday, December 9: Ten moves in 10 minutes. You got this!

Thursday, December 10: You don’t have to be a professional athlete to learn from these principles of success. Try them on your fitness goals!

Friday, December 11: Ever done a Tabata workout? Try one today! (And if you’ve done Tabata workouts before, do your fave one!)

Saturday, December 12: Remember how last week you jogged for as long as you could? Today, do it again and try to beat that number!

Sunday, December 13: Last week you wrote a haiku for someone you loved. And today we want you to write another haiku for someone you love: YOU! Share your poetry with us (@FitBottomedGirl) and use #FBGChallenge for a chance to win free fit goodies (U.S. only, please).

Aren’t haikus fun? I love haikus so. And you’re reading one right now. Told you I love them. Jenn
