What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: December 14-20

Monday, December 14: Warm up your breakfast routine with a big ol’ bowl of oatmeal. Get some awesome oatmeal topping ideas here, and then snap a photo and show us your bowl (@FitBottomedGirl and use #FBGChallenge — U.S. only, please) for a chance to win fit goodies customized just for you!

Tuesday, December 15: Are there things you wish you could change about yourself? Learn how to accept and even embrace those weaknesses with this inspiring video. Remember the theme of this week: hustle and grow!

Wednesday, December 16: Is there such a thing as the perfect full-body workout? We think this 20-minute one is pretty darn close — and today we want you to do it!

Thursday, December 17: You’ve been kicking ass lately. So slow it on down and take a bubble bath to relax. Ahhh …

Friday, December 18: Ever done a HIIT workout? Today is the day to try one if not, and, if so, do your fave HIIT workout!

Saturday, December 19: Remember how long you jogged last week? Today, set a goal to jog five minutes longer than that. Rock — or shall we say “run” — on.

Sunday, December 20: Flex your creative muscles by doing a fit holiday craft! Like this Christmas tree ornament made from race medals or these motivational coasters or this awesome inspirational bracelet. Dude, you’re so crafty.
