What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: December 28-31

Monday, December 28: End your year with a clean fridge! And then stock it with clean eats. Get tips on how to do just that here.

Tuesday, December 29: Don’t just set a goal for 2016. Set a goal with purpose by following these tips. Then share your goal with us (@FitBottomedGirl and use #FBGChallenge — U.S. only, please) for a chance to win fit goodies customized just for you.

Wednesday, December 30: Work it out, girl, with Total Body Conditioning Workout Level 2. You got this.

Thursday, December 31: Happy New Year’s Eve! Celebrate by taking up space — and feeling awesomely powerful in your skin. Now that’s how you ring in 2016!

The end of this month marks a FULL year of the Fit Bottomed Challenge! We’ll be changing things up a bit with the challenge in 2016, so stay tuned for that.
