DAY FIVE: WHAT’S UP DOC?
Love Yo’Self: Schedule all of your appointments for the year. Call your dentist, eye doctor, dermatologist, OB/GYN and any other doctor that will help you stay on top of your overall health. As you have probably heard many times, it’s important to take care of yourself so you can take care of those you love.
Love Yo’ Partner: Schedule your partner’s doctor appointments (if they would find it helpful). Men are especially known to neglect their health and go far too long between physical exams. One way to show love is by letting him know how important his health is to you.
