I was already eating mostly clean and exercising regularly but this platform was wonderful to keep me motivated and stay on track and a constant reminder to get my workouts in. I just want to say how wonderful and supportive this group has been over the last 4 weeks. It was really refreshing to be around such positivity every single day. Friends, I am 55 years old and I lost (drumroll) 8 pounds in 4 weeks! That’s real weight loss, not water weight (how do I know? It’s stayed off for almost a week, and I am slimmer all over). This seems both miraculous and perfectly logical. I followed the program and learned so much about how important ALL the elements are. From planning, to the water/elastics “trick,” to the hand-size guide, to the nightly accountability, to the cheat day and the fast day, to finding exercise I like and don’t dread, and last but not least, to the introspection you asked for, and the great support of this group and its leaders.
