    I never liked to run but after I read these facts I think it’s time to start running!

  2. WoW all these facts make you want to run everyday! I do walk to work every morning which is a few blocks from where I live but it seems like running to work would be a lot more beneficial! Staying healthy is after all one of my top most priorities.

  4. It takes 200 muscles to take a single step. Every one or them was sure after finishing my first marathon. And probably a few more I didn’t even know I had. But it was one or the happiest times of my life!
