Running has a great effect on sleeping well. I’m training for a half marathon with SportMe running app which uses smart technology to generate customized marathon, half marathon, 5K and 10K training plans for runners, including GPS tracking for outdoor running and accelerometer tracking for treadmill running.

Great podcast and information. Came on this website by google as was looking on info about sleeping, and happy I found it. Keep it up!

P.s Interesting about running, as I actually have a lot of trouble falling a sleep if I did a run. I need to do them early in the morning! 🙂

One of my favourite tricks, well more like love hate relationship is with banana tea before bed. It works so well to help you fall asleep and put you into. a deep sleep, but the taste is just awful.

For anyone who doesn’t know, you cut up 1 banana and boil it for 2-5 minutes and drink it. Tastes terrible but it works!
