Amanda Russell is friggin’ amazing at the burpee jacks.

This past spring we shared The Ultimate Hips, Bum and Thigh Workout by Amanda Russell. And, dude, ya’ll went nutters over it, sharing it here there and everywhere (especially on Pinterest!). So we, of course, had to share another great workout by Amanda with you. This time it’s the Ultimate Full Body Cardio Workout. Yep, “ultimate” is a tough word to live up to, but we think this workout pretty much does it because, as Bob might say, it’s no joke. With burpee jacks, sumo squat jumps and barrier jumps, it’s no joke at all.

This 10-minute workout video is part of Amanda’s Hot & Healthy in the Hamptons series, a super fun look at eating healthy and working out in, you guessed it, the Hamptons. Be sure to check it out on her YouTube channel! Not only do we have first-hand experience that Amanda is a doll, but her workouts deliver, like whoa! So if you’re a beginner, be sure to follow her modifications and, as always, listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
