Fit Tip Friday: Consider the Weather

ColdrunRemember how a few weeks back Kristen showed us how to properly warm-up for a winter run? Well, while we were freezing our tushes off running the Rock ‘n’ Roll Brooklyn 10K together, Kristen  didn’t just record the one tip. Oh, no, girlfriend was inspired enough by the frigid weather (or driven mad, see photo at left) to drop even more fit knowledge on ya. (Yeah, she’s pretty rad—and has wicked good dance moves, for the record.)

So watch this Fit Tip Friday as she recommends and explains why you should always take the weather and temperature into account when going out for a fun run, training run or a race. The great ol’ outdoors can make a huge difference!
