3 Fun CrossFit Goodies for Your Home Gym

While I love workouts of all kinds, I’ll be the first to admit that CrossFit gets amazing results. It’s incredibly challenging and pushes you—for better or for worse (usually for the better unless you stop listening to your body and push too hard too often)—to be fitter, more confident and stronger inside and out. But in case you can’t afford to join a CrossFit box or just want to add a few CrossFit-type exercises into your workout, we thought it would be fun to highlight a few fun additions to any home gym. Whether you’re into CrossFit or not, these three pieces of fit equipment certainly get results and will challenge the heck out of ya! Roar!

CrossFit Gear to Add to Your Home Gym

1. Perfect Pullup Bar. Are you dreaming of doing the perfect pull-up? Yep, us, too. Which is why we love the The Perfect Pullup by Perfect Fitness. It’s adjustable for any fitness level, and actually has a swing arm that brings the bar down to you, helping you work up to traditional pull-ups by performing standing rows (beginner) and Australian pull-ups (intermediate). If you’ve already mastered the traditional pull-up, you can then use the swing arm to perform tricep presses, lunges and a whole bunch of other stuff. Designed to fit within a standard door frame, the bar is easy to install and allows the door to remain fully functional at the same time. And the best part? It goes for about $20!
