The Fit Bottomed Challenge: Week 2 Is On!

Congrats! You’re a whole week into the Fit Bottomed Challenge! (And if you have no idea what we’re talking about, get the full deets on the FBC and how you can get involved — it’s not too late to start and totally free — here.) And this week, we have so, so, SO much fit fun planned …

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: Jan. 12-18, 2015

This week, we’ll keep up those food resolutions, work on that dream board, dance to the playlist you made and more! It’s all about building and growing and changing, bit by bit, day by day …

Monday, January 12: Remember that healthy food resolution? Tell us how it’s going on Twitter, tagging @FitBottomedGirl and #FBC for a chance to win free fit goodies! Get more details here.

Tuesday, January 13: Write down at least 15 activities you love to do. These can be anything from jogging to yoga to dancing to playing catch with your dog. Anything that gets you moving that you like counts!

Wednesday, January 14: Try Tabata for your workout! Not sure what Tabata is or how to do it? Start here.

Thursday, January 15: Keep working on those dream boards from last week by arranging the images you selected last week, taking time to think about how each one relates to your fit future.

Friday, January 16: Do some quick upper-body work plus 20 minutes of your fave cardio. Need more direction? Try this. Or this — Tabata set to tunes!

Saturday, January 17: Now this one is pretty self-explanatory — Grab a bud and do one of the activities you love that you listed on Tuesday. Take a pic (the goofier the better!) and post on Instagram, tagging @FitBottomedGirl and using #FBC for a chance to win!

Sunday, January 18: You know that guilty pleasure playlist you created last Sunday? It’s time to jam to it and dance around like no one is watching! (And if they are watching, whatever. Let ’em be jealous of your sweet, sweet moves.)

    I am embracing my soreness, lol. I can’t tell if I’m more sore from working out or my massive January reorganizing/decluttering the apartment, moving boxes here and there!
