What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: February 23-28, 2015

Monday, February 23: This might be our favorite challenge yet: Love yo’self by eating a Big-Ass Salad! Not sure exactly how to make one or are looking for suggestions to take your salad to the next level? Fit Bottomed Eats has more ideas than you can shake a salad fork at here!

Tuesday, February 24: Do you know what colors bring out the best in you? Find out here — and then rock them!

Wednesday, February 25: In Week 1 of this month, you set out to see how long you could hold a plank and a wall-sit. Well, now it’s time to do it again and see if you’ve gotten stronger! Remember, any gain is a success!

Thursday, February 26: Say bye-bye to mindless snacking today by following these tips.

Friday, February 27: Guys, Pinterest is FILLED with so many great workout ideas. So today we’re challenging you to pin five online workouts you want to try and then do one! Feel free to start your search here — it includes some of our faves!

Saturday, February 28: It’s the last day of the month, and we want you to party with your bad self like it’s 1999. So turn on your fave tunes (Prince’s 1999 comes to mind!), then take 10 minutes to write down your successes for the month, big and small. Remember, ALL successes should be celebrated!

We’ll unveil the March calendar next Monday, so be sure to stay tuned for that, too. Hint on next month’s theme: we’re going ommm! Erin
