Spring has sprung! And we’re feeling rather springy about April’s new Fit Bottomed Challenge. Because this month it’s all about springing you into ACTION— like a healthy superhero!

Now, let’s get to what we’re challenging you to do for today and for the rest of this very springy April week!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: April 1-April 5, 2015

Wednesday, April 1: Feel like a total fit superhero with an epic circuit workout. Do the following circuit three times through: 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 high-knees and 10 supermans. Modify as necessary to your level, of course.

Thursday, April 2: What fit superhero powers do you wish you had? Today, we want you to brainstorm what healthy traits your inner superhero would have if she was unleashed. Would it be the ability to wake up at 6 a.m. and get that workout in first thing? Would she make a healthier decision at lunch time and love it? Would she laugh at her own mistakes and move on from setbacks quickly? Make a quick list of her qualities!

Friday, April 3: All exercise is awesome, but not all exercises are created equally. Today, pick an ineffective exercise to ditch and swap it for a better one. Need suggestions? Get ’em here.

Saturday, April 4: You know who has superhero powers? Beyonce. More specifically, Beyonce’s amazingly strong booty. Which is why we’re challenging you to try at least a few of her favorite booty moves here.

Sunday, April 5: It’s Sunday Funday, and we want you to get outside for a long walk. While you’re out in the spring weather, be sure to visualize yourself reaching your fit goals.
