One new fitness website is giving away a free music download to help motivate teens to get moving.

I’m pretty sure the words “free” and “music” will get your kids moving to their computers to find out the scoop, so pass it along!

It’s amazing just how much the little buggers know and already understand even though they’re so new to the world. And this latest research on babies knowing wrong from right? Like WHOA.
