I know we’ve been talking a lot of babies around here lately, but let’s not forget what happens when babies grow up: They become teens! (Cue scary organ music, dun dun DUN.)

It’s oh-so-important for kids to be active (especially as teens, research shows), so anything that aims to get teens moving get the FBG stamp of approval! One new fitness website is giving away a free music download to help motivate teens to get moving.

I’m pretty sure the words “free” and “music” will get your kids moving to their computers to find out the scoop, so pass it along!

Since I don’t have any kiddos yet, I have been immersed in learning about the ins and outs of healthy pregnancy, childbirth and parenting for our new site Fit Bottomed Babies. (I’m even dreaming about changing—or attempting to change—diapers!) And the research on children, especially babies, is fascinating to me.

It’s amazing just how much the little buggers know and already understand even though they’re so new to the world. And this latest research on babies knowing wrong from right? Like WHOA.
