¾ cup of milk or milk substitute (like almond milk)
2 dates, pitted
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Place the milk (or milk substitute) into a blender with the dates and the raspberries. Blend until the dates and raspberries are pureed.
Pour the mixture into a glass container or mason jar. Add the chia seeds and stir. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight. You may want to stir the mixture a few times in the first hour to distribute the seeds.
After the pudding has set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
