What You’ll Learn in This 4-Week FBG Life Program
- Week #1, Ditch the Diet Drama: During the first week, we’ll convince you why diets never work, show you how living the Fit Bottomed Life is a lifestyle and help build your confidence to ditch the weight obsession.
- Week #2, Noshing Like an FBG: In the second week, we’ll tackle beating emotional eating, learn how to be more mindful when noshing and eat the right foods that beat hunger naturally.
- Week #3, Work It Out, Yo: Say goodbye to tortuous and long workouts. In this class, we’ll discuss intuitive exercise, quick workouts that get results and how activity complements a healthy lifestyle.
- Week #4, Settling Into Your FBG-ness: In this class, we’ll continue your life as an FBG for forever. We’ll go over how to set goals and measure progress without getting back with your ex—the scale!–along with harnessing in on your healthy living dreams.
Whether you have 100 pounds to lose or 10, or you just want to be healthier and feel better, FBG Life classes are for you. And—in true FBG fashion—we promise it’ll be fun, too! And stay tuned to this page for notice of future classes. We plan to offer a 6- or 8-week weight-loss/healthy living program about once a quarter, in addition to regular hour-long workshops!
