The Fit Bottomed Girls love a good exercise DVD, but it’s not always easy to find quality options (for proof check out our new and retro reviews, none of which have received five stars). In a workout pinch, who’s your go-to exercise celebrity? We wanna know!

  • Denise Austin
  • Rodney Yee

  • Kathy Smith
  • Tamilee Webb
  • You forgot my fave! I’ll tell you all about his/her awesomeness in the comments.

They’re all so good though. How can you resist Rodney and his nakedness? 😉

  2. workout mommy says:

all are good but my favorites are Mindy Mylrea and Cathe Friedrich. 🙂

  3. Live Well says:

side note — how do i get your link of my site to pick up my latest post?

  4. Jenn says:

LIve Well — Not sure what’s up. Is your feed acting normal? I noticed that it hadn’t updated in awhile and reloaded your url, but it stayed the same. 🙁

  5. determinedtobefit says:

Cathe Friedrich – hands down, no question.

  6. Shauna says:

Cathe all the way, baby! 🙂

  7. Live Well says:

do you need my feedburner feed?? or my first post feed? i have no idea…lemme know

  8. Jenn says:

    Feedburner. 🙂

Also to those Cathe lovers: I recently was sent a whole pile of Cathe stuff including a little stress ball I squeeze at random intervals during the day. lol. Erin and I will have to review one of her DVDs one of these days!

  9. Amy says:

    It’s Gilad people.

Besides DVD’s, his one hour Total Body Sculpt on TV is amazing. Challenging enough for a fitness vet, and easy enough for a newbie to follow (even though most newbies will not be able to complete the repetitions of some exercises).

I really like Cathe Friedrich too, but why so much step? I get a great workout with her, but new DVDers may get a bit overwhelmed.

  10. Jenn says:

Oh, Gilad…how could we forget him? He’s actually on our list to review. 🙂
