Happy National Ice Cream Sandwich Day! It’s a huge holiday, we know. Personally, I’m not too thrilled about celebrating because I severely overdosed on ice cream sandwiches in high school and haven’t liked them since. I’m now more of a drumstick kind of girl. How about you? —Erin
