What’s Your Fave Fall Activity?

Now that it’s October, fall is definitely upon us. I’ve even reluctantly pulled out my closed-toe shoes and put my flip-flops in storage. Sad, I know, but at least autumn brings with it a number of things to be excited about. You don’t really have to worry about over-heating during your outdoor runs, the leaves on the trees are BEAUTIFUL and society is cool with everyone gorging on anything involving pumpkin until late November. I think it’s my favorite time of year. What about you?

  • Raking leaves: It’s a heck of a workout, and nothing beats jumping in a pile of leaves!
  • Pumpkin picking: Hey, don’t knock it. Those pumpkins can be heavy.
  • Corn mazing: If you get lost, it just bumps up your cardio numbers for the week.
  • Bobbin’ for apples: It’s like swimming, with your head.
  • Trick or treating: Hey, if you’re going to eat candy, at least this way you have to walk to get it!
  • Other: Nothing beats [insert your comment here.]
