Holiday Safety Tips, FBG Style

With Christmas less than a week away, the FBGs thought it only appropriate to share a couple of safety tips for this joyous holiday season.

1. Beware fitness gifts. While we’ve already warned of the possible perils of kettlebells and resistance bands, other exercise products can be equally dangerous. For example, if you receive a stability ball as a gift, do be careful with it. And do not, I repeat do not, try these “fun things.” Unless of course you’re looking to make a funny YouTube video, then by all means go for it and send us the link. We’d love the FitWit content.

2. Beware of “things” in boxes. Whatever you do, if your loved one gets you this for the holidays, laugh. And then run fast, fast away.
