What Do You Think About Celebrity Trainers?

Sometimes celebrity trainers are nearly as famous as the celebrities themselves. And sometimes, they’re equally as hot. Trainers to the stars show up everywhere, from Oprah to magazines, and now celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson has her own workout DVDs. I suppose the obsession with celebrity trainers stems from the theory that if they trained someone beautiful and buff, then the trainer must know what they’re talking about. What do you think? —Erin

I don’t know about all that but I will take Jillian Michaels to come train me anyday, she’s tough and seriously I have a girl crush on her HAHA! I don’t know why, it must because she’s sooo strong.

Anyhow, she can whip me into shape anyday.

Some celeb trainers are just plain hot. Like Bob, Jullian, and Jackie Warner. I could watch them all day long. People like Bob Green you sort up look up to because he’s friends with Oprah. I bought Tracy Anderson’s DVD before I read your post on her and just watching it made me lose my girl crush on her. She was just BAD on her DVD but the actual work kicked my butt. I guess if every trainer had clients that could workout ALL day long and have food delivered to them, then every trainer would have clients that were buff (maybe not beautiful) but at least buff.

Given how superficial and silly so many celebs are, I don’t take the “celeb trainer” thing too seriously.

Celebs are usually young and genetically lucky to begin with, plus most of the women tend to look too skinny and weak for my tastes.

But if one of those expensive fancy-ass trainers offered to work with me personally, for free? Er, sign me up!
