Earlier this week, Erin hooked us up with the perfect playlist for pumping iron (like this fella is doing so well above). Erin and I are both big on making sure we have the perfect high-energy tunes to help power us through our strength workouts (running and cardio workouts, too!). But what about you?

YES! Music can be so motivating! Gotta have it.

I absolutely have to have my music for cardio. It really keeps me motivated & moving. I am 51 so I like to listen to the older rock type stuff.. not as much of the newer music. I like my music during all phases of my workout including weights but since weights is my fav part of my workout, if the iPod dies, I am not as bad as if it were cardio. I need much more inspiration for cardio! Also, I hate to say it, but the earbuds keep people from talking to me & I like to not be interrupted during a workout.
