One thing’s for sure around here: We don’t lack variety in the workouts we try or the DVDs we give away to our readers. Both Core Rhythms and Fit 4 Sex were entertaining additions to our list of reviewed workout DVDs, and they’ll both be interesting additions to our lucky winners’ DVD collections.
