Whether you’re in the best shape of your life or have a ways to go to be your best physical self, Erin and I deeply believe that regular exercise not only does the body good, but it also does the psyche good! Not moments ago I returned from the gym, the sweat stains haven’t dried as yet nor have I had the chance to shower. I commented to my boyfriend as I entered our apartment that the gym always feels so good when I arrive home – just knowing that I worked out is the best part of working out.
