I have used several of these. Another good site is DailyBurn.com. I can’t decide if I like it or SparkPeople better though.
Thanks for the share. Another one you might want to add is FitClick.com. It really reminds me sort of sparkpeople except its way more in depth and has more options. If you are serious about fitness and your health definitely check it out.
Also would add “http://helsify.com” – some good articles about alcohol, weight plateau and so on…
