Workouts Make You Younger—Really!
We all know that a good workout can get your endorphins going and make you feel like you can take on the world, but did you also know that the intense sweat session you just had at the gym can also make you younger—from the inside out? Research from Circulation: Journal of the American Heart Association reports that intense, long-term exercise prevents changes in the DNA that are associated with aging and protects the cardiovascular system throughout the years. And hey, intense exercise is way cheaper than that fancy beauty cream sold on the shelves!
