I recently spilled the beans on my injury, ironic as it is. But after Tweeting with many of you about my symptoms and experience, one thing is clear: Getting injured—especially if you’re a long-distance runner—isn’t all that uncommon. This surprised me because this is the first real injury I’ve ever had working out, and I’ve been working out regularly for 15 years. So, we’re putting the question to you.
