I’ve been extremely cautious with exercise throughout my entire pregnancy. At first, I didn’t feel totally awesome or energetic . Then, I wanted to get exercising again but wasn’t sure what to do or where to begin.
Luckily, there are numerous activities you can still do while pregnant—yoga, Pilates, swimming and walking. But also be sure to know which ones to avoid, such as skiing or power-lifting. (Seems obvious!)
