    Love the 7 tips. They’re right on. Here’s another one that I pass along to all my road warrior clients. 8.) Don’t let the lack of an exercise room in the hotel keep you from working out. Use your secret weapon that we all carry with us 100% of the time. Our bodies. Body weight resistance exercises are so effective and can be done in the privacy of your own hotel room. Double bonus!
