We’ve been all emotional this week, haven’t we? From giving you tips on how to break free from the comparison trap to sharing how to retrain your brain for weight-loss, it’s been all Oprah up in here. But that’s good because as silly as we can be, getting healthy and overcoming your issues is serious and important business. Which is why today’s ShoutOut question is all about your self-talk. Is it positive? Negative? Non-existent or overbearing? We want to know!

  1. Ivori says:

My choice is not an option on the poll ; I only hear the devil when my menstrual cycle starts.

  2. Jory says:

My inner voice likes the dress on the right better.

  3. This is a great point. Often we talk to ourselves in ways we would never accept (or should never accept) from other people.
