How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get?
Oh, how I love to sleep. Seriously. The best vacation for me is one filled with beautiful sleep. And I kinda freak when I don’t get at least seven hours a night. Okay, I lied. I want eight to nine hours. I’m greedy when it comes to sleep. (Lord help me when I have kids!) Turns out, my love of the letter Z is good for my workouts and waistline though, as adequate rest can help improve the quality of those gym sessions and better build those muscles. But how about you? Do you sleep like a rock or are your nights restless?
