Biggest Loser Week 16 Recap: Extreme Sports Edition

alison-bungee*SPOILER ALERT* This post reveals details from last night’s The Biggest Loser episode. So if you don’t want to know the dramatic details and results, click away, my friend, click away!

Last night’s The Biggest Loser 11 episode was like the previous week’s episode—only squared. With loads more New Zealand beautifulness and extreme sports taken to the next level (heck even Ali Sweeney got in on the bungee-jumping action!), plus the return of Brett Hoebel (I seriously did miss him, and this episode he came back goofier than ever, which I loved) and a white-water challenge with immunity and a helicopter ride around kiwi land as the prize, it was a fun two hours of TV.

Most of the players last night continued to astound me with the numbers they posted at the weigh-in. We’re finally down to singles and people are still losing 5 and 10 pounds a week. Crazy. While I’m on the fence about Bob’s new hairstyle (the hat though? I die from the cuteness!), Cara still seems to grate on me although girlfriend is getting results, and Jillian’s absence due to a family emergency (hope all is well) was definitely felt. Next season is going to be weird—and perhaps a little hollow—without her. And the weigh-in? Crikey it was emotional.
