Thomas’ Bagel Thins Blueberry Bagels: Yum

Bagel Thins blueberryI go through definite bagel phases. I sometimes go months without a bagel passing my lips, but then I’ll get bagel fever and go bagel-crazy. (I’m going for a record on how many bagels I can use in one sentence.)

We’ve been friends with Thomas’ Bagel Thins for awhile now, a friendship that goes back to Jenn’s walking a Thomas’-sponsored half marathon and my testing our their yummy pretzel-bagel. So when our friends sent me some blueberry Bagel Thins during a bagel drought of mine, I was so in.

If you’re the type who watches calorie counts on bagels—some can have several hundred calories—or if you’ve been known to scoop out extra bagel bread to save some cals, the Thomas’ Bagel Thins version is a no-brainer. Much thinner than your typical bagel, they also come in at a thinner calorie count of 110. With 10 grams of whole grains and 5 grams of fiber, this thin little bagel miracle will let you add a little fat-free cream cheese sans guilt. Plus, if you’ve got kids who get filled up halfway through a bagel, this may be just the solution you need. Blueberries are always a hit with me, so I enjoyed the blueberry variety, but I’m interested in tracking down that cinnamon-raisin version…
