5. The Right Attitude

Okay, so you can’t buy this one. Which is awesome because it’s free! You just have to have the right mindset. Whether or not you find exercise to feel good or you feel comfortable at the gym, getting your head in a positive spin is key to getting there. Choose activities you enjoy and feel good doing (that’s step No. 1 and a rule we FBGs live and work out by!), and begin to look at working out as a time for you. Don’t make it another to-do on your list. Make it a break from your everyday stresses, and be grateful for everything your body can do as it is. The more you accept where you are right now and truly love yourself, the easier it is to take care of yourself!
