It’s true that 36% of exercisers say they skip their workout once a week or more.
The good news though is that the longer you have been exercising, the less workouts you are skipping (e.g., people who had been exercising for 5 years or longer are better at sticking to their plan than people who are just getting started).
So learning how NOT to skip your workouts is something that comes with time…:)
