Free Online Class: 6 Fitness and Nutrition Myths That Are Holding You Back

We have exciting news, FBGs! We’re going back to school! Except you don’t have to actually go anywhere, and we promise the homework will be really fun—if there’s any homework at all. We have recently teamed up with the online learning site Learn It Live to bring you more in-depth information on how to live like an FBG in live and recorded classes.

Our debut class will be held on Thursday, February 23 at 6 p.m. EST as part of Learn It Live’s week-long Eudaimonia Symposium, which connects people all over the world to experts, authors and speakers who will serve as guides along the pathway to happiness and human flourishing (known as “eudaimonia” in ancient Greece). I’ll be the one leading the class and sharing six common fitness and nutrition myths that are holding you back from reaching your wellness and weight-loss goals. I promise you’ll learn something new, and in typical FBG fashion, it should be a fun time. Oh, and it’s free!
