A Yin Yang Fusion Workout to Try (& 5 DVD Giveaway!)

jessica smithSome say that “a girl can never have too many shoes,” and while that is true, we prefer the phrase, “a girl can never have too many workout moves.” Which is why we’re psyched to share this video clip today! The amazingly talented Jessica Smith and Sensei Guillermo Gomez (remember them from this workout DVD?) created a video just for FBG readers.

The below video features a few of the duo’s favorite moves from their new workout DVD The Yin Yang Fusion Workout. A little boxing, a little cardio, a little strength and a lot of fun—enjoy it! Oh, and be sure to check back in tomorrow when we review another one of their titles!

Can’t see the video? Click here for all of the Yin Yang Fusion Workout moves.

Does your workout have any yin and yang to it? Will you try these? Tell us in the comments, and we’ll select five lucky (re: random) U.S. readers to win a copy of Jessica and Guillermo’s new workout DVD, The Yin Yang Fusion Workout. Winners will be selected in about a week. G’luck! —Jenn

Also first time seeing Guillermo with Jessica–yes, they do make a cute couple! Would love to win this! Thanks for the chance.
