Biggest Loser 13 Episode 13: Makeover Week and the First Lady

biggest loser makeover

Bob and Dolvett looked super nice for their time at the White House.

*SPOILER ALERT* This Biggest Loser 13 recap reveals details from last night’s episode. So if you don’t want to know the dramatic details and who was voted off of Biggest Loser 2012, click away, my friend, click away!

While I still sorely miss Tim Gunn, last night’s makeover episode was darn cool. Ken Paves wasn’t afraid to trim the dude’s facial hair (so fun to see their full faces!), and he did an amazing job with the ladies. Chris looked 15 years younger, Conda looked amazing (so much so that it was hard to even recognize her at first!), and Kim clearly stole the show with that black dress. It was like the finale—especially for Mark and Kim who are already at a very healthy weight and totally strong.

Besides that awesomeness, the First Lady Michelle Obama made a surprise appearance and the gang went to D.C. to the freakin’ White House! Last night’s show was just an hour—so no weigh-in or vote-off—but we cannot wait for next week when we get to see the First Lady work out with the Biggest Loser 13 contestants. It’s gonna be fun…

To get yourself psyched for next week, check out the video below. It includes Bob and Dolvett in suits. You’re welcome.

Kim looked gorgeous and I agree Chris looked so much younger with her hair colored. The reunion with Chris and her family I got the impression her kids kind of resented her being gone, I don’t know, but Chris seems to have a lot of familial pressure at home and they don’t seem that supportive. Just my observation. Conda and Jeremy’s mother looks so young, I thought it was a sister at first. Wow!

As far as the white house visit, Meh. I’m not into the gimicky stuff like visits from celebrities etc.

I’m not a big fan of Chris but I know she has a lot of issues to overcome. I agree that the family reunion bit seemed a bit uncomfortable. I’m worried about her return home. She’s come a long way in the bubble of the ranch. But when reality smacks her in the face on the return it’s going to be more challenging for her than some of the others I think.

I love Kim….I love her fighting spirit and her focus. I hope they follow her in the years to come.

Did it seem to you that Conda’s daughter didn’t really recognize her at first? She looked great.

  4. Oh, I have not watched any of the biggest loser this season but this got me totally psyched to see it next week. thanks!
