You know the saying the “early bird gets the worm”? Well, today it’s more like the “early bird gets the discount” because we’re offering 10 percent off of the next FBG Life six-week program when you register before May 13!
Just a few things participants are saying about FBG Life:
“This is a fabulous class. I had so many take-aways on working out and emotional eating that I will watch the recordings again to gain even more of the ways to love yourself.” —Robin
“For the past few years, I have been obsessed with the scale—we’re talking two to three times a day. FBG Life taught me it’s about overall health…physically, emotionally and mentally. For me, that meant stepping off the scale and being nice to myself. I learned to be my own best friend first…and that is life-changing. Many thanks to Jenn and FitBottomedGirls.com for helping me see that being healthy and happy is way more important than any number ever will be. FBGs ROCK!” —Alye Ward
So what exactly is FBG Life? In a nutshell, it’s all about you stepping into the best version of yourself and learning to reach your goals—whether they’re losing five or 100 pounds, toning up or simply wanting to embrace a healthy and happy lifestyle. (Get the full week-by-week details here.)
If you’re ready to take the steps and learn the skills to become an FBG for life, you can register for the summer FBG Life program here. The online classes start June 3 and will last from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST every Sunday evening through July 8. While live participation isn’t required (each class is recorded), it’s recommended that you make as many live classes as possible as a portion of the curriculum is discussion-based (and part of the fun is the support you get from the other ladies in the class!). When signing up, be sure to use the early bird registration code “JXX4Z3MS” before May 13 to save 10 percent on the $120 registration fee.
If you have any questions about the program or the online format, leave them in the comments, and I’ll be sure to answer them. Can’t wait to see you all in class! —Jenn
