Gettin’ a Booty Makeover With Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift

Good Morning Class!

This morning in Fit Bottomed 101, we will be conducting an experiment (mwahahaha)…

Experiment: How Brazilian is Your Bottom? Hypotheses, please.

Materials:

-No. 2 pencil

-YOUR Booty

Procedure: Please take out a No. 2 pencil and stand up. Now place the pencil in the crease where your butt meets the top of your thigh. Let’s GO!

Results? What happened?

-Did the pencil stick?

-Drop to the floor?

Collect your data!

Believe it or not, this is one of the ways the Brazil Butt Lift makeover determines whether you need a booty lift or your tush has got some bumpty…bump!

Leandro Carvalho, the creator of the Brazil Butt Lift, has helped sculpt some of the world’s most beautiful bodies, including Victoria Secret’s Alessandra Ambrosio—who doesn’t want to look like her? Crickets. That’s what I thought. With his three DVDs, Carvalho introduces his “secret” behind developing a taut booty—the TriAngle Training. Using cardio, dance and his signature sculpting moves, he teaches you how to work the butt from every angle.

Each DVD takes your workout to the beaches of Rio de Janeiro. With Latin music that keeps your hips swaying from one side of the room to the next, you won’t know where the time went. Carvalho instructs each movement with a purpose to hit every angle of your body with a Brazilian flare. He demonstrates all of his sassy moves, including the one where he pretends he is wearing HIGH HEELS! Now, come on—it doesn’t get more fun than that!

The Brazil Butt Lift plan gives you many of the tools you’ll need to sculpt a beautiful and strong body, but the only thing that doesn’t come pre-packaged is your hard work. And like all great things, this only works with your dedication to the diet and workouts.

So if you want to follow my lead and get your Brazilian Boot-ay on, take a look at what this plan has in store for you!

I did this last year, and I thought it was a lot of fun! It was a bit on the more beginner-to-intermediate side, so I let friends who are just getting into working out try it. It DEFINITELY needs more cardio, but I was training for a half at the same time, so no problems for me!

I love Brazil Butt Lift. If you actually follow the guide and complete 60 days of the program you will notice a difference….as long as your nutrition is good! I also felt it was more beginner-to-intermediate, but overall it is a good workout.

  3. I’m on week 3 of BBL and love it. My upper thighs and Bum Bum are sore and I can barely squat to sit down. In regards to the food guide – the 6 day slim down is a kick start and only to be used for 6 days, no more. If you wanted you can do this slim down once a quarter but no more often. The fat burning food guide is to use the rest of the time.

I really love the BeachBody workouts (www.beachbody.co.uk
). Finally a fitness programme I manage to stick to. I don’t need to go anywhere and can do my workout at home whenever it is convenient for me. A really great discovery for me 🙂
    Cheers,
    Christine
