Bum Bum: This 35-minute workout begins with a five-minute warm-up. For about half an hour, you’ll shake your Bum Bum (pronounced as “Boom Boom,” a Brazilian nickname for “butt”) while learning some new Portuguese words. This workout definitely brings the sweat…I burned 250 calories and hit a heart rate of 171—now tell me I wasn’t doing some bootay bumpin’?! Some of the moves include curtsy lunges, squats and many compounded movements—let’s just say there is a lot of lower-body work, I mean this is a Butt Lift, right?
