Gettin’ a Booty Makeover With Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift

Brazil Butt Lift DVD Supplements

6-Day Supermodel Slimdown: This Supermodel Slimdown program is a weekly guide to your meals, workouts and includes dietary suggestions to get your Brazilian booty bump popping in a week. For six days, women on the plan will eat roughly 1,000 calories and men about 1,200. WHAT?! I eat that much by my afternoon snack, and it’s clean! Leandro’s goal is to clear out your system and retrain your body to use healthy, lean food as fuel. Warning: You will feel tired, lethargic and get headaches! With these suggestions, you should feel different and healthier by day four, he says.

Although I’m not a proponent of eating this way for life, the suggestions and meal plan has some pretty delicious recipes that might be worth trying: Lemon Chicken with Steamed Snap Peas; Turkey, Avocado, and Arugula Salad; Spicy Egg White and Mushroom Scramble…I salivate at the thought. If you do decide to do the six-Day Slimdown plan, make sure your overall health is good and you don’t have any important events where your sanity is judged! (We’re always looking out for your best interest.)

Fat-Burning Food Guide: This is a recipe book with healthy versions of all your favorite meals. It also includes a list of safe substitutions for when you don’t have an option but to dine out (or you just crave some Mexican. I LOVE ME SOME MEXICAN). The one thing that frustrated me, because like any typical woman we hate mixed messages, was that the booklet suggested that you multiply your current weight by 10 to get your caloric level that produces weight-loss. Now that’s great, but when it says never go under 1,200 calories, my subconscious goes “Huh?” Just earlier the 6-day Slimdown said I am supposed to eat 1,000 calories. Frustrated! And still hungry from looking at the numbers. (BUT the recipes are invaluable.)

There are a few other supplements such as a Booty Makeover guide, which is the “Booty Blueprint” to help you determine your butt type, the Booty Makeover Calendar, TriAngle Training Workout Cards, and the Measurement Tracking Card.

I did this last year, and I thought it was a lot of fun! It was a bit on the more beginner-to-intermediate side, so I let friends who are just getting into working out try it. It DEFINITELY needs more cardio, but I was training for a half at the same time, so no problems for me!

I love Brazil Butt Lift. If you actually follow the guide and complete 60 days of the program you will notice a difference….as long as your nutrition is good! I also felt it was more beginner-to-intermediate, but overall it is a good workout.

  3. I’m on week 3 of BBL and love it. My upper thighs and Bum Bum are sore and I can barely squat to sit down. In regards to the food guide – the 6 day slim down is a kick start and only to be used for 6 days, no more. If you wanted you can do this slim down once a quarter but no more often. The fat burning food guide is to use the rest of the time.

I really love the BeachBody workouts (www.beachbody.co.uk
). Finally a fitness programme I manage to stick to. I don’t need to go anywhere and can do my workout at home whenever it is convenient for me. A really great discovery for me 🙂
    Cheers,
    Christine
